In this session, participants will explore leveraging Lumio by SMART to organize, create, and curate lessons and activities that can be used in ANY teaching situation: in person, virtual, or hybrid model! Lumio is a digital learning tool for transforming lessons into active, collaborative learning experiences that engage students on their devices, on a SMART interactive display, or really...many types of displays. Staff do NOT have to have a SMART panel to use this software! Teachers can incorporate existing materials, like; PDF, Powerpoint, Google Docs/Slides/Sheets or create lessons and activities with Lumio's amazing ready-made library of graphic organizers, manipulatives, game based activities and SO much more. Session participants can expect to experience Lumio as a student, learn how to create/organize a lesson and activities and have time to explore, create and ask questions!
